Introducing Sitio – our think tank and innovation lab

Sitio emerged from Constructive Thinking’s hands-on work helping clients solve sector-wide challenges. We realised there was a need to research, test and collaborate to find innovative solutions to new problems.

New technologies, evolving government policy and climate change are outpacing the way buildings are designed and built. 

Knowledge and new ideas around building design and construction are fragmented across academia, industry and government. This creates a gap between theory and real-world application.

Sitio helps close this gap by combining academic rigour with real project insight in a practical, structured way.

We provide a forum for people to collaborate and generate new ideas. We exist to solve specific, real-world challenges in decarbonising our neighbourhoods to help people and planet.
