This project was development under SHDF Funding and transforms outdated and inefficient social housing into modern, energy-efficient homes that address environmental and resident needs in line with PAS 2023 requirements.
Our BIMx models were employed early in the project to show potential solutions to the team at Wolverhampton Homes and during community engagement sessions. Throughout the scheme, communication has been key, either these engagement sessions or through resident liaison officers. Regular contact has enabled residents to provide us with feedback, become part of the decision making process and guide them through the works to their homes.
