The Watford Towers project is for the retrofit of 216 homes across two 1960s towers located in Watford. The project includes installation of a ground source heating system, full insulation strategy, including windows and doors.
We were appointed architect and principal designer to work the scheme through the new BSR Gateway requirements. This is a mandatory, three-stage approval process under the Building Safety Act 2022 for high-risk buildings.
Design work began in January 2024 and works are expected to commence on site in July 2026.
