Associated parking, landscaping and ancillary works complete the project.
The plans include for the ground floor commercial unit to be occupied by a new and improved pharmacy to enhance services for the local community.
The site is located close to Widnes in the North West of England. Appleton Village is a busy road with very high demand for parking and is a destination for many road trips especially at peak times. The Village is served by a children’s nursery, a reception school and a junior school as well as a doctor’s surgery, two social clubs and a church.
This project is part of a wider scheme of 36 apartments in total. Construction of the first block started in 2019 and it was completed in 2022. Planning permission was granted for the second bloc in 2203 and works are due to commence in the summer of 2026.
