Our clients want additional space for a larger kitchen and breakfast room with views out to the Cheshire countryside. They asked us to design a contemporary single-storey extension to the side of the original farmhouse.
Because of extensions that had already taken place to the property, the planning department where reluctance to approve any of the works. We worked closely with planners to create a modern conservatory, which complied with their planning requirements. The finished project includes glass walls that that slide back to create and inside / outside space for our clients to enjoy.
